The Role
As a Primary Teacher, you will deliver engaging, curriculum-led lessons while creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Roles are available across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 and can be tailored to suit your preference for flexibility or long-term stability.
This opportunity is ideal for teachers seeking the security of a long-term placement, while still benefiting from the flexibility of agency work.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
* Create a positive, inclusive learning environment that supports pupil wellbeing
* Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including SEND and EAL pupils
* Maintain effective classroom and behaviour management
* Assess, monitor and record pupil progress, providing meaningful feedback
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, school staff and leadership teams
* Follow all safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure pupil safety
What We're Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Strong understanding of the national curriculum
* Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
* A flexible, positive and reliable approach to teaching
