Field Service Engineer responsibilities include providing technical support to both internal and external customers for all company products and services.
Specific Responsibilities
* Workshop and field repair of all power protection products.
* Preventative maintenance and commissioning of all power protection products.
* Workshop and field battery replacement for all power protection products.
* Written, verbal, and telephone support of all internal and external customers.
* Ensure that themselves and all company assets are well cared for and presentable to customers.
* Timely and accurate completion of all departmental, company and customer paperwork and administration documents.
* Regular availability for the company’s on-call rota.
* Appropriate and professional response to all requests for assistance, whether formally on-call or not.
* Assist the Field Service Manager in day to day operation of the department.
* Comply with all reasonable requests made by the Field Service Manager or company directors in their absence.
