Temporary Administrative Support Assistant – Cross Functional Role Profile
Location: Glasgow, office based
Contract: 3-month FTC
Due to continuing expansion and the undertaking of various projects, we are looking to recruit talented and dynamic Administrative Support Assistants to join our team at Head Office, and work in a cross-functional role, collaborating with various departments within the company.
We are seeking detail-oriented and adaptable Support personnel to provide essential support and fulfil these vital cross-functional roles.
Cross-Departmental Support: Respond to ad-hoc data and administrative requests from various departments, adapting to their unique needs.
Data Management: Enter and maintain data accurately and efficiently, organise records and documents relevant to cross-functional activities and ensuring data integrity, confidentiality and compliance with established protocols.
System Processing: Provide comprehensive administrative support using existing business systems, applications and processes, including Microsoft Office and Dynamics AX.
Communication: Collaborate with team members to gather data, relay information, and facilitate smooth communication between departments.
Project Support: Assist in ad hoc project-related tasks, such as preparing documentation, process testing or project co-ordination
Experience in administrative support
Strong skills in Microsoft Office
