Job Title: Regional HR Business Partner
Location: Home-based - with frequent travel to Hertfordshire + Oxfordshire (4 locations)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Important to note: This is a Regional role- travel to each location is expected each week and working in-between at home/offsite!
Signet resources are working exclusively with a care home group with locations all over the UK, to find an HR Business Partner supporting 4 care homes in Oxfordshire and Hertfordshire. Currently supporting 3 locations, with a 4th opening towards the end of 2025. They are a people-first organisation, dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to their residents across the UK. You will work across the full HRBP remit, from ER to wellbeing initiatives!

Role Overview:
As the Regional HR Business Partner, you will align HR strategies with organisational goals. You will provide expert HR support for the 4 locations, ensuring an engaged, skilled workforce capable of delivering high-quality care. You will collaborate with management on HR issues, including ER, and foster continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage ER casework including absence, capability, and performance.
* Develop and implement HR strategies supporting business objectives.
* Support the Head of L&D with talent reviews and succession planning.
* Partner with site managers on recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
* Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
* Analyse HR metrics and develop action plans for workforce challenges.
* Facilitate training and development programs.
* Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on HR matters.
Qualifications:
* Experience in an HR regional role
* 3-5 years of HR experience as a Generalist
* Strong ER experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strategic thinking and analytical skills
* CIPD qualified (or equivalent) preferred
