Key Responsibilities;
* Maintain accurate records and update case management systems.
* Manage inboxes, calls and enquiries.
* Schedule meetings and take minutes.
* Support statutory processes including Annual Reviews and EHCP workflows.
* Produce reports and track deadlines.
What We’re Looking For;
* Strong organisational and admin skills.
* Confident communicator with good customer service ability.
* Able to manage data and work with digital systems.
* Experience in Local Authority, SEND or Education teams is desirable.
