Job Description
On behalf of our client we are looking to recruit an experienced Legal Secretary for a busy Commercial Property Department
You will be providing typing support to the whole Team and in time, the duties will progress to include assisting with all stages of a commercial transaction, from the initial enquiry through to completion.
Ideal candidate will:
1. Have excellent secretarial, administrative and IT skills and be open to working in a largely paperless environment.
2. Have experience working as a Legal Secretary within a property team with experience of commercial property transactions.
3. Be self-motivated and able to work on their own initiative as well as within a very supportive team.
Have excellent client care and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships with both clients and colleagues.
4. Have an excellent telephone manner and be able to communicate through all mediums with clients and third parties.
5. Have the ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
6. Be able to assist with ensuring that our files are compliant with our internal procedures and processes and for Lexcel accreditation and general secretarial duties and support.
