As the Assistant Team Manager, you will be the cornerstone for seamless service access, expertly guiding referrals to partner agencies, and providing immediate emergency responses during critical out-of-hours periods. The Integrated Front Door team's responsibilities are to assess the needs and risk in relation to referrals into Families and Children's social care, ensuring that children and families receive the appropriate service.
