As Contracts Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining, developing and growing our existing customer base along with our key customers.
Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Contracts Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This role requires a strong ability to communicate effectively, analyse client needs, and provide tailored solutions that align with our business objectives.
Duties
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
* Communicate regularly with clients to understand their goals and challenges, providing insights and recommendations as needed.
* Analyse sales data and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in service delivery.
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies that enhance client satisfaction and drive sales performance.
* Lead presentations and meetings with clients, showcasing our products and services while addressing any concerns they may have.
* Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
Skills
* Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM software to manage client interactions effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients at all levels.
* Strong analytical skills to assess data, identify trends, and make informed decisions that benefit clients and the business.
* Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Leadership qualities that inspire confidence in clients and foster teamwork within the organisation.
Salary
£28,000 - £32,000 inclusive of £5000 car allowance
