\nOur client is a highly-respected defendant firm based in Manchester City Centre. They are currently recruiting for a 1-3 PQE solicitor to join their Insurance Fraud team on a hybrid basis. Previous insurance litigation or fraud experience is required.

\nYour new role
\nThis Fraud Solicitor role will see you:
\n\n
\n\t
* Manage a diverse portfolio of litigated fraud cases, primarily motor-related, with the opportunity to gain exposure to complex fraud matters.
\n\t
* Assist senior solicitors on complex and high-value fraud matters
\n\t
* Prepare pleadings, witness statements, and detailed instructions for counsel.
\n\t
* Represent clients at court hearings and delivering strategic litigation guidance.
\n\t
* Maintain proactive communication with clients to ensure exceptional service and timely case progression.
\n\t
* Remain up-to-date with legal developments and procedural updates to ensure compliance and best practice.

\nWhat you'll need to succeed
\n\n
\n\t
1. Qualified solicitor with 1-3 years PQE.
\n\t
2. Previous fraud experience or exposure to insurance litigation.
\n\t
3. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
