Field Sales Executive - Dr Oetker - North WestJob description Salary From:£25,932 Salary To:£25,932 Location:Wigan Category:Field Based Contract Type:Fixed Term Contract Field Sales Executive Client: (Dr. Oetker - Convenience Channel) Contract: Full-time 6 Month FTC Salary: £25,932.00 per annum, Plus Opportunity to earn 10% quarterly bonus based on display and intervention KPIs, plus Company Car, Fuel Card & Tech Provided Start Date: Wednesday 8th April 2026 Are you a driven, peoplefocused individual with a passion for sales? Join us as a Field Sales Executive representing Dr. Oetker, one of the most loved and trusted food brands in the UK! About the Role As a Field Sales Executive, you'll be the face of Dr. Oetker within the Convenience sector. Your mission is simple: grow distribution, visibility and sales across your territory by developing strong relationships with retailers and delivering outstanding instore execution. This is a hands-on, fast paced role ideal for someone who is self-motivated, target-driven, and ready to make a measurable impact every day. What You'll Be Doing as a Field Sales Executive Performance & Sales Complete daily store visits in line with KPIs Achieve sales, distribution and incremental display targets Negotiate increased shelf space and secondary sitings Educate store staff and consumers on brand USPs Execution & Compliance Ensure all products have correct space and availability Place products in secondary/impulse locations to maximise visibility Data, Reporting & Insight Record all activity accurately through the data capture tool Take highquality photos with clear descriptions Share insights on competitor activity and retailer trends Report issues promptly via agreed channels Technical Use sales data and case studies to pre-sell upcoming promotions Understand retailer systems to gain stock orders and complete corrective actions Financial & Admin Complete monthly expenses Manage stock and materials Maintain journey plans and keep store records updated Attend monthly team meetings What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident influencer and relationship builder Target-driven with great time management Organised and self-motivated IT literate Full valid UK driving licence Ability to store stock/materials at home Previous retail, FMCG, or sales experience is desirable-but not essential.
