We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual who enjoys supporting customers and thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing environment. With a lively atmosphere and strong team spirit, our client is experiencing exciting growth and, due to the regular winter peak, is seeking driven and confident communicators.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your customer service and office experience, handling both B2C and B2B queries while managing the customer process.
Additionally, the company has a collaborative “team goal” mindset means that during peak periods, the Customer Service team will support the warehouse by helping to pick and pack orders, ensuring smooth operations across the business.
Hours: Monday – Friday 08:30AM – 17:30PM

Key responsibilities as a Customer Service Executive:
Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers and suppliers, providing timely and effective assistance.
Log customer interactions and activity accurately within the company’s CRM system.
Resolve customer queries and issues, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining high service standards.
Engage in frequent email communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring clear and professional correspondence.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and to address any ongoing concerns or challenges.
Stay informed of company policies, product offerings, and service updates to provide accurate information to customers.
Ideal Candidate Profile as a Customer Service Executive:
Prior experience in customer service or a related field is essential
FULL UK DRIVING LICENSE
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanour.
Proficiency in using CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and resolve queries effectively.
A positive and proactive attitude, with a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
Ability to work well within a team while managing individual responsibilities efficiently.
