Recruitment Consultant for the German Datacenter Market

* RIZE is an international technical recruitment business with a strong local presence in Germany, including our Düsseldorf office. We specialise in delivering high-quality talent solutions across technically demanding markets, including Datacentres, Energy, Telecommunications, and wider Technology infrastructure.
* Due to continued growth, we are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to help develop our presence within the German Datacenter market.
* This is a significant opportunity for a motivated sales-driven individual to join a growing business with an established German brand, a strong client proposition and multiple recruitment solutions to take to market.
The Role
* As a Recruitment Consultant, you will operate as a 360 recruiter, responsible for generating revenue by developing new client relationships, managing existing opportunities, sourcing high-quality candidates and successfully delivering recruitment solutions to companies operating within the German Datacenter sector.
* You will be expected to build relationships with clients and candidates across Germany, understand hiring challenges within a candidate-short market and position RIZE as a premium recruitment partner.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
* Developing new business with companies involved in Datacenter construction, engineering, operations, and infrastructure projects across Germany.
* Building and managing client relationships with hiring managers, project leaders, HR teams, and senior decision-makers.
* Generating revenue through freelance, fixed term/AUG and permanent recruitment solutions.
* Identifying, approaching, and qualifying high-quality technical candidates for live and future vacancies.
* Managing the full recruitment process from client qualification through to candidate sourcing, interview management, offer negotiation and placement.
* Selling RIZE’s premium recruitment services in a competitive and candidate-short market.
* Building a strong network of clients and candidates within the German Datacenter sector.
* Working closely with colleagues in the UK and Düsseldorf to maximise market intelligence, delivery capability, and client relationships.
* Maintaining accurate records of business development activity, candidate pipelines, and client opportunities.

The Ideal Candidate
We would be interested in speaking with candidates who have:
* Previous B2B sales experience.
* Strong communication skills and a confident, professional approach.
* The ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
* A proactive attitude towards business development and revenue generation.
* The desire to work in a high-value, technical recruitment market.
* Strong organisation, resilience, and commercial awareness.
Highly Advantageous Experience
The following would be beneficial but is not essential:
* Previous 360 recruitment experience.
* Experience recruiting in a candidate-short market.
* Experience selling premium recruitment, staffing, or professional services.
* Knowledge of the German market.
* German language skills.
* Experience in Datacentres, construction, engineering, energy, telecoms, or technical recruitment.
