This role is to provide an organised and efficient reception and clerical service on behalf of the department in line with Trust policies and procedures. Ensure that referrals are processed effectively and that national and local access targets are met. Maintain the consultants' clinic templates, reducing and cancelling clinics as necessary. This role involves multi-tasking, as the unit is self-contained and manages the entire administration of patient care from first referral to discharge. The post is cross-site at both Warrington and Halton hospitals.
The post holder will be the first point of contact for staff, patients, and visitors to the department.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with good interpersonal and organisational skills who can work with minimal supervision.
