* Support the delivery of all reward programmes, including the annual pay and bonus cycles.
* Lead and prepare analysis and reports to support our People Stats and DEI dashboard.
* Manage the pay governance process.
* Conduct external salary benchmarking activities, collaborating with HR and business units to ensure timely completion.
* Stay informed about People/HR and business issues affecting reward policies and recommend best practices.
* Coordinate with HRIS and HR Admin teams to ensure reward data accuracy and optimize reporting capabilities in Workday.
* Serve as the primary contact for benefit and reward-related queries, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Oversee financial analysis of reward programmes, integrating data from multiple sources and presenting findings clearly.
* Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
* Assist in developing and implementing the reward strategy.
