Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the care home, ensuring high standards of care.

Package and Benefits:
* Annual salary of £75,000, + Bonus (OTE £90,000)
* 35 days of annual leave, including bank holidays.

Minimum Requirements:
* NMC Pin is essential for this role
* Proven experience in a care home manager role
* Good understanding of CQC regulations
* Evidence of previous good or outstanding CQC inspections
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
