This role would suit a conveyancing paralegal looking to take on more responsibility and be responsible for their own low volume caseload of conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion.

Candidate Profile
* Previous experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal or Legal Assistant handling residential property transactions.

* A proactive, team‑oriented approach with a genuine interest in professional development.
Salary: £25,000–£30,000 per annum.
