Estates Manager

Dawson Jones Recruitment is supporting an education provider with the appointment of an experienced Estates Manager to lead the operational delivery of estates services across a multi-site education portfolio.
This is a key role for an estates and facilities professional who can ensure buildings are safe, compliant, well maintained and fit for purpose, while supporting a consistent and high quality approach to estate management.
The role will include:
1. Leading planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites
2. Managing statutory compliance including fire, asbestos, legionella, electrical testing and health and safety
3. Overseeing CAFM systems, asset registers, compliance records and remedial actions
4. Supporting premises and site teams to drive consistency and performance
5. Managing contractors, permits to work, risk assessments and service delivery standards
6. Supporting capital projects, condition surveys, estate planning and sustainability initiatives
