Clinical Negligence Solicitor
Leeds | Hybrid Working | Competitive Salary + Bonus
1-4 PQE | £45,000 - £55,000
Are you a clinical negligence solicitor looking to build a career in clinical negligence and gain exposure to high-value, complex cases?
A highly regarded national firm is expanding its Leeds-based clinical negligence team and is looking to recruit a Solicitor (1-4 PQE) to support its growing caseload of serious and life-changing claims.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop specialist expertise early in your career, working alongside experienced lawyers within a supportive and well-structured team.
Impressive range of clinical negligence work
You will assist on and gradually take ownership of a varied caseload, including:
* Birth injury and surgical error claims
* Brain and spinal injury cases
* Misdiagnosis and delayed diagnosis matters
* Inquests and fatal accident investigations
* Complex multi-track clinical negligence litigation
You will gain hands-on experience, strong supervision and direct client exposure, with clear development from the outset.

Skills we are looking for
Applications are welcomed from solicitors with 1+ PQE, including those looking to move into clinical negligence from related areas:
* Experience in clinical negligence, personal injury or EL/PL litigation
* Exposure to litigated work (fast-track or multi-track beneficial)
* Strong drafting and analytical skills
* A compassionate, client-focused approach
* A genuine interest in specialising in medical negligence
