We are a small independant showroom selling high quality products to the public, showroom has had a recent refit which is still ongoing .customer care and attention to detail are our strongpoints and every job is our future recommendation .we are a small friendly team.You will be responsible for meeting and greeting our customers, producing inspirational kitchen designs and managing the job start to finish .
Knowledge of kitchen software design packages is essential
Basic salary plus uncapped commission based on sales
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom
- Ensure that the showroom is clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering and restocking products as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to showroom visitors, answering questions and assisting with product selection
- Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records of sales
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop and implement strategies to promote showroom products
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor offerings
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Skills:
- Strong math skills for handling sales transactions and managing inventory
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Organizational skills to keep the showroom clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Administrative skills for maintaining accurate records and handling paperwork

This position requires a self motivated individual with strong organizational skills.The Showroom Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the showroom, managing inventory levels, providing excellent customer service, and staying up-to-date with market trends.
