Pay Rate: £35,520 P/A
Hours: Monday to Friday, Full Time

Join our team as an Inventory Analyst and help us ensure that materials management runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory & System Management
Be the go-to expert on our Inventory Management System (IMS) for troubleshooting and updates.
Oversee the entire inventory process from ordering to consumption tracking.
Ensure timely and accurate data entry for master and inventory records.
Validate procedures and resolve discrepancies with stakeholders.
Monitor system settings to influence product flow and financial outcomes.
Engage in some manual handling of stock (training provided).
Stock Control & Risk Management
Manage stock levels, monitor expiries, and oversee inventory obsolescence.
Adjust periodic automatic replenishment (PAR) levels for optimal management.
Conduct regular cycle counts and report stock variances for accuracy.
Returns & Supplier Coordination
Coordinate product returns with suppliers, adhering to established processes.
Liaise with the back office to manage hospital expectations around returns.
Monitor supplier performance to ensure commitments are met.
Reporting & Analysis
Generate and analyse reports on stock levels, consumption, and performance.
Maintain error logs and address issues promptly.
Identify trends and propose improvements based on data insights.
Continuous Improvement
Contribute to local process enhancements for an improved user experience.
Review and update procedures in line with standards.
Share best practices across sites and teams for streamlined operations.
Product & Equipment Support
Support new product introductions and phase-outs for smooth transitions.
Coordinate with teams for product availability and system readiness.
Log equipment issues raised by staff and track resolution times.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Build strong relationships with hospital staff, suppliers, and internal teams.
Assist the Service Delivery Manager in fulfilling contract obligations through proactive reporting.
Partner with multidisciplinary teams to maintain critical product lists.
Required Skills & Experience:
Essential:
Experience in supply chain or inventory analysis.
Advanced skills in Excel and MS Office.
Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
Clear communication skills in English and the local language.
Proven time management and task prioritisation skills.
Preferred:
Experience in a hospital, Operating Room (OR), or Cath Lab setting.
Familiarity with healthcare standards and practices.
Project or change management experience.
Degree-level education or equivalent.
