Job Description
What will you be doing?
As a Senior Manager, you will manage your own client portfolio and collaborate with senior staff on consultancy and advisory personal tax planning and offshore projects. Due to growth, candidates can be based in Manchester, Leeds, or Harrogate, with a requirement to work in the office three times a week.
Responsibilities include:
* Deliver excellent client service and maintain client relationships
* Manage a portfolio of complex personal tax clients, focusing on non-UK domiciled individuals, HNWIs, and trusts
* Ensure compliance with deadlines, monitor time limits, and manage elections
* Assist and lead tax planning projects, including non-domicile issues, trusts, capital gains, and inheritance tax
* Manage HMRC enquiries and disclosures
* Handle billing and monitor budgets
* Mentor junior staff and support their development
* Engage in business development activities
Qualifications
To succeed, you should have:
* Significant experience in a professional services firm
* Strong knowledge of private client tax, especially non-domiciled individuals and complex tax matters
