Iconic Resourcing is delighted to be partnering with a leading organisation to recruit a Talent & Development Manager, a strategic leadership role focused on shaping the future of Learning & Development and Early Careers.
This is an opportunity to influence people strategy at a senior level. You’ll lead a small team, oversee multiple development initiatives, and work closely with senior stakeholders to embed programmes that drive capability and growth across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design and delivery of a strategic Learning & Development framework aligned to organisational objectives.
* Drive NextGen and Early Careers programmes, including accreditations and governance.
* Oversee major projects such as multi-phase onboarding and leadership development—ensuring successful delivery rather than hands‑on content creation.
* Build strong relationships with senior leaders across multiple business units, translating needs into actionable development plans.
* Provide insight through data analysis and reporting to demonstrate impact.
* Inspire and develop a team of advisors, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
* CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience) with a proven track record in strategic L&D and talent development.
* Experience managing teams and delivering development strategies in a fast‑paced, complex environment.
* Skilled at stakeholder engagement and navigating multi‑site or matrix organisations.
* Analytical and data‑driven, using insights to inform decisions.
* Collaborative, proactive, and passionate about enabling people to thrive.
