As the Sous Chef, you’ll work closely with their Head Chef to lead daily kitchen operations, inspire the team and ensure that every plate leaving the pass meets our high standards. You’ll play a key role in menu development, kitchen management and maintaining a positive, efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen management
* Lead, train and motivate the kitchen team
* Assist with menu planning and dish development
* Ensure food quality, presentation and consistency are always at their best
* Manage stock control, ordering and kitchen hygiene standards
About You
* Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a high-quality kitchen
* A passion for fresh, seasonal food and creative cooking
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* A team player who thrives under pressure
