Job Description

6. Assist with recruitment processes, including shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
7. Contribute to HR projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
8. Support performance management processes and initiatives to enhance employee development.
9. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
10. Provide support for training and development programmes across the organisation.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Advisor should have:
