Key responsibilities include:Managing technical critical paths to ensure deadlines are metProviding expert guidance to Sales, Manufacturing, Construction, and Technical teamsDriving the implementation of BIM and 3D modelling softwareDeveloping and mentoring technical staffOverseeing design stages for complex, high-profile projectsBuilding strong client relationships to deliver safe, innovative structural solutionsWhat you'll need to succeed Degree in Civil or Structural EngineeringMinimum of 3 years’ technical management experience in a design office within constructionKnowledge of precast concrete systems (preferred)Experience with structural analysis software (Autodesk Robot desirable)Proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with Revit and BIM processes advantageousStrong leadership, communication, and client-facing skillsWhat you'll get in return Our client is offering an attractive annual salary negotiable on experience.
