As a Process Operative, you will be required to work as a member of a team of operatives (varying in size) reporting through a Team Leader, to the Section Leader. Effective liaison, team working and interaction with other operatives and supervisory staff is fundamental. The job is performed mainly in a temperature controlled area and involves extensive periods of standing and repetitive movements. Shift Pattern: 06:00 to 18:00, 223 rotating shift pattern (Week 1 Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday / Week 2 Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday) Pay rate: £12.60-£12.78 per hour Free transport from Sleaford, Lincoln, Boston and Grantham.
