Our client based in Liverpool is looking to recruit a Part-time Finance Manager for 3 days a week.
The role involves supporting the Directors of the business with various financial responsibilities.
Key experience includes:
* Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel workbooks
* Daily bookkeeping, including understanding of CIS (Reverse Charge) and VAT in the construction industry
* Handling wages, payroll, and pensions (for a small team)
* Managing dealings with subcontractors and their CIS deductions
* Sales invoicing in the construction industry and managing QSs and complex valuations
* Sales invoicing in retail and managing customer payments and deposits
* Preparing and submitting PAYE, CIS, and VAT returns
The ideal candidate should be hands-on and approachable.
