Internal Account Manager - Dermatology Equipment and Consumables

Office based in Watford with one day per week at home.

£28-33k +£5-10k bonus +30 days holiday

THE COMPANY: This progressive, vibrant organisation continues to enjoy healthy growth thanks to a great product portfolio and a real focus on customer service. They provide a premium quality range of dermatology equipment and consumables for use in NHS and private hospitals, clinics and practices, some products are also used in theatres. Our client has lots of new products in the pipeline for 2025 supported by clinical evidence and a great reputation.

A rare and exciting opportunity currently exists for a driven, junior candidate, ideally with a background in science or healthcare to break into sales! You will receive training, autonomy and a platform to progress your career and work in a small but close knit team.

THE ROLE: The successful internal sales person will be looking after clinical and commercial relationships within NHS and Private hospitals and outpatient clinics, typically liaising with consultants, dermatologists, GPs, specialist nurses, purchasing / procurement people over the phone or Teams. A good manner on the phone is important, someone who is clear, listens well, presents well over Teams and is happy making outbound calls as well as handling inbound enquiries and customer service calls. Full training will be given across all products and all calls and data is logged on Salesforce. They will also deliver training and education on products and attend industry shows and conferences with the wider sales team. This is a great platform for someone to learn medical sales and develop into field sales.

·Candidates must be achievement-focussed ideally with degree or passion to break into healthcare sales

·Must have some customer service or internal sales or B2C sales

·Full driving licence

·An ideal role for a science graduate or junior healthcare candidate wanting a sales career

·Full product training will be provided and career and earning prospects are attractive and realistic, especially as the company continues to grow.

The Package for Internal Account Manager:

·Basic: £28-33k

·Commission: £5-10,000 p/ a

·1 day per week home working

· 25 days +bank holidays

·Benefits: Healthcare cash plans, Pension, Social events
