Estimator £50k to £70k per annum Kent We are seeking a Construction Estimator or Assistant Estimator within the Industrial new build sector to join the team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of construction processes and cost control, enabling them to provide accurate estimates & takeoffs for various projects, including revised costs from client change orders and variations to contracted works. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are completed within budget and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labour, and overheads. Analyse project plans and specifications to identify potential cost-saving opportunities. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather necessary information for accurate estimations.
