As a Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring high standards are maintained across your section. You will work closely with the senior kitchen team, contributing to service, preparation, and the ongoing development of menus.
Key Responsibilities
* Take ownership of a designated kitchen section and maintain high standards.
* Prepare and present dishes in line with company specifications.
* Support junior team members and assist with training where required.
* Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are consistently met.
* Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste.
* Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to deliver smooth service.
Key Requirements
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up.
* A genuine passion for food and high-quality ingredients.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Knowledge of food safety and kitchen compliance standards.
* Flexibility to relocate within the UK if required.
