Company: All Care
Location: Basingstoke
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–1:00pm (flexible working hours to meet business needs) Weekends maybe included
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Contract: [Permanent / Part-time – amend as required]


About the Role

All Care is seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day running of our office. This role is ideal for someone looking for part-time hours with flexibility, and who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.


Key Responsibilities

* Providing general administrative support to the office team
* Managing emails and handling correspondence professionally
* Using spreadsheets to input, update, and maintain accurate data
* Supporting scheduling, records, and document management
* Assisting with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required


Essential Skills & Experience

* Previous office administration experience
* Confident use of email and spreadsheet software (e.g. Outlook, Excel)
* Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines


Desirable (Preferred)

* Experience using Access/ATS systems (training can be provided)


Additional Information

* Flexible working hours to suit the needs of the business
* Occasional weekend work may be required by mutual agreement
