A Warehouse Supervisor is required to join a forward-thinking manufacturer of automotive components. With a strong reputation for engineering excellence and customer-focused solutions, this company is looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations and support continued growth.
Key Responsibilities Include -
* Supervise and coordinate a small team, including warehouse operatives, counterbalance FLT drivers, and yard workers
* Delegate daily tasks and ensure efficient workflow across warehouse and yard operations
* Operate a counterbalance forklift (valid, in-date licence required)
* Manage stock transactions using an MRP system
* Attend and contribute to daily management meetings
* Maintain high standards of safety, accuracy, and productivity
* Support hands-on tasks in the warehouse and yard as needed
Ideal Skills & Experience -
* Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* A proactive, practical approach with a 'lead by example' attitude
* Valid counterbalance FLT licence
* Familiarity with MRP systems (Priority experience is a plus)
* Ability to manage workloads and adapt to changing priorities

* Starting salary of £30-35k

* Monday - Friday 6am - 2pm / 7am - 3pm
