Overview
Manage data entry and updates on service systems (e.g. ePJS). Produce reports and dashboards for service monitoring and commissioning. Support data validation and reconciliation processes. Update management and consortium partners on all relevant data developments. Provide data related support to service staff. Undertake regular audit/testing as required.
Responsibilities

* Lead on data analysis, providing early warning of data quality issues that may impact performance, revenue, or Trust reputation.
* Resolve data anomalies and escalating issues as necessary.
* Ensure requirements are captured and documented for current and future contracts.
* Liaise with partners using clear communication methods and work with the Business Manager to update senior management on data developments.
* Support data initiatives, including implementing and leading aspects of the data strategy across Lambeth.
* Use tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Statistical Process Control charts to validate and assure reports and data extracts.
* Undertake regular audits and manage business and supplier relationships.
About the Organisation
Lambeth Community Drug and Alcohol Services are delivered through a consortia arrangement, with South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust (SLaM) leading the contract alongside partners We Are With You, Phoenix Futures and Way Through. The service offers interventions for substance‑misusing or dependent clients within the London Borough of Lambeth, covering opioids, NPS, alcohol and non‑opiates. Service users receive physical and mental health support such as blood‑borne virus testing and treatment, smoking cessation, and a strong focus on harm minimisation and relapse prevention. The consortium operates across two main premises and various GP services, employing approximately 42 full‑time staff across diverse roles.
