Important training requirement: To set you up for success, all new starters must be available for 2 weeks of full-time, on-site training at our Seaham office. This training is fully paid and takes place Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm What you’ll be doing: Handling inbound customer service and complaint calls Exploring customer needs and matching the right solutions for their household Building rapport and ensuring every customer feels listened to and valued Assisting with enquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing effective solutions No previous experience is required - we’ll teach you everything you need to know. Part-time shift patterns (20 hours per week): This role offers structured part-time hours. Morning shift options: 08:00 – 12:00 (Monday–Friday, with weekend work included as part of the rota) - Weekend shifts for this pattern may fall anytime between 08:00 and 14:00 08:45 – 12:45 (Monday–Friday only) 09:00 – 13:00 (Monday–Friday only) 09:30 – 13:30 (Monday–Friday only) 09:45 – 13:45 (Monday–Friday only) Late shifts: 17:00 – 21:00 (Monday–Friday only) Weekend working only applies to the 08:00 – 12:00 shift pattern.
