Are you searching for a new and exciting, fast paced role?
#TeamUHD are recruiting for a radiology clerical officer to work in our busy radiology department.
You'll be booking appointments over the phone, by letter and also face to face with patients - so excellent communication skills are a must for this role. You'll cover reception and undertake other general administrative office duties as required to provide an all-round efficient administrative service.
We're looking for an enthusiastic, friendly person who is keen to learn and receptive to change, working as part of our wider radiology team.

QUALIFICATIONS

7. Good standard of education including Maths and English GCSE
8. Computer qualification ECDL or equivalent experience
EXPERIENCE

9. Reception and telephone work with direct client/patient contact
10. Booking appointments / maintaining a diary system
11. Problem solving
12. Able to prioritise work, negotiate and make decisions
13. Able to work both as part of a team and also using own initiative

14. Experience of hospital/care work
Technical Skills/ Competencies

15. Keyboard/typing skills (eg. RSA II or equivalent experience)
16. Ability to demonstrate proficiency in the following Windows applications - Outlook, Word and Excel.
