No experience needed; we provide full training to develop your skills as a Support Worker. We value qualities such as kindness, compassion, empathy, and a desire to make a difference—these are essential and cannot be taught.
Due to the nature of this role, a full UK Driving Licence is required.

What will your day look like?
Our mission is to enhance the lives of individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs, driven by collaboration, compassion, and understanding. The role is varied; some days are steady, others hectic, involving appointments and support activities. Your responsibilities may include:
* Socialising and attending community activities, promoting hobbies & interests.
* Providing physical support, including household tasks and personal care.
* Supporting with life skills, such as shopping and money management.
* Delivering individual support plans.
