Seventh is seeking a highly driven Digital Growth Manager to take ownership of the brand’s digital revenue engine across e-commerce, email marketing, performance marketing, and organic growth.

This role will be responsible for managing and optimising the entire online sales funnel - from customer acquisition to conversion and retention - ensuring that seventhstores.com continues to grow as the primary revenue channel of the business.

You will manage the day-to-day running of the Shopify website, oversee email marketing through Klaviyo, run digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta and TikTok, and identify opportunities to improve organic visibility through SEO.

The role will work closely with the creative team to ensure that all campaigns, content, and product launches are executed effectively and aligned with the brand.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and hands-on execution, and who thrives in a fast-moving brand environment.


Key Responsibilities


E-commerce & Website Management

* Manage the day-to-day operation of seventhstores.com via Shopify
* Upload and maintain product listings including imagery, descriptions, pricing and product metadata
* Manage product collections and website merchandising to optimise conversion and sales
* Monitor the website for technical issues and coordinate fixes with the development team
* Ensure all website content and product pages reflect the brand’s standards and presentation


Product Launches & Drops

* Plan and execute product launches and drops on the website
* Manage product release schedules including priority member access releases
* Ensure all launches are prepared with correct inventory, content and merchandising
* Coordinate website updates to support new collections and campaigns


Email Marketing & Retention

* Manage email marketing through Klaviyo
* Plan and schedule newsletters and product launch announcements
* Build and optimise automated email flows including welcome series, abandoned cart and post-purchase flows
* Monitor and optimise email performance to improve engagement, conversion and retention


Paid Advertising & Customer Acquisition

* Manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta and TikTok
* Develop and optimise campaigns to drive customer acquisition and sales
* Work with the creative team to produce advertising assets and campaign creatives
* Monitor campaign performance and optimise budgets based on results


Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)

* Optimise product pages, collections and website content for search visibility
* Manage SEO metadata including titles, descriptions and keywords
* Monitor organic traffic and search performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console
* Identify opportunities to improve organic discovery and website visibility
* Analyse website performance and key e-commerce metrics including conversion rate, AOV and revenue performance
* Identify opportunities to improve the digital customer journey and increase sales
* Run experiments and implement improvements to increase conversion and customer retention


Skills & Experience

* 6+ years experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or growth marketing
* Strong experience managing Shopify-based e-commerce stores
* Experience running paid social advertising campaigns (Meta, TikTok or Google)
* Experience using Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms
* Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics including CAC, ROAS, conversion rate and AOV
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance and identify trends
* Excellent organisational and project management skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously


Technical Skills

* Shopify
* Google Analytics
* Excel / Google Sheets
* SEO knowledge
* UX and conversion optimisation experience
* Basic design skills in Photoshop or Illustrator
