Job Title: HR Specialist - Employee Relations
As a key member of the resort People Team, reporting to the People Partner, you will play a vital role in enhancing the experience of our 1,+ team members. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will provide expert guidance on employee relations, supporting leaders in handling cases fairly, consistently, and in line with company policies.
1. Manage disciplinary, grievance, and performance improvement processes to foster a supportive and professional workplace, upholding our core value of “We Care for Each Other”.
2. Review and audit cases to ensure best practices and continuous improvement.
3. Utilize proficiency in Microsoft Office and interpret People data to identify trends and support retention and engagement strategies.
4. Stay updated with employment legislation, communicate updates effectively, and embed policies across the resort.
5. Ensure strict adherence to GDPR protocols, maintaining accurate and confidential records and audits.
About You
We’re looking for a passionate HR professional with CIPD Level 5 or above, experienced in managing complex HR cases, including disciplinary actions and grievances. You should be confident in coaching and supporting leaders at all levels to ensure effective people management.
Experience in the leisure and hospitality sector is advantageous but not essential. Strong communication skills, workload prioritization, and the ability to identify potential risks from high volumes of correspondence are crucial. You must also be up to date with GDPR and capable of guiding ER and wellbeing topics.
This role requires full on-site availability five days a week (no hybrid working). We value proactive, adaptable individuals eager to make an impact!
