Responsibilities

* Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximise profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new opportunities and generate leads.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market trends using IT tools.
* Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets.
* Prepare reports on sales performance and market analysis for management review.
