About the Role
Mott MacDonald Bentley are recruiting for a BIM Coordinator to join the Anglian Water @One Alliance, which is working to create a sustainable and resilient future for water through a £2.3 billion capital investment in AMP8. As part of this mission you will manage the digital modelling for a group of projects and lead BIM technicians to produce compliant models.
Key Responsibilities
* Attend and contribute to design coordination meetings to resolve clashes, identify cost efficiencies, programme, safety, and sustainability opportunities.
* Use BIM models to identify design risks and mitigation measures and share findings with the design team.
* Support the extraction of relevant data from BIM models to prepare PCI documents.
* Ensure that all design‑related data is correctly structured and easily accessible within the models.
* Support model catalogue management to streamline data organisation and optimise the use of intelligent 3D models.
* Work closely with technicians, engineers, technical managers, and other project team members to accurately represent design inputs in BIM models.
* Provide technical support and guidance to design teams on BIM‑related issues.
* Support a positive and inclusive environment where everyone is respected, heard, and treated equally.
* Proactively research and implement innovative processes and ways of working to optimise output.
Qualifications & Experience
To join us you will hold an engineering diploma, degree, or equivalent. You should have extensive experience in mechanical and civil disciplines with proven proficiency in one or more of: Plant3D, Civil3D, Revit, Navisworks, and Recap software. Experience of water‑sector assets, capital projects, and a design & build environment is preferred.
You will demonstrate compliance with the organisation’s business ethics, respectful collaboration, effective communication, and champion diversity and inclusion. Disability confidence is encouraged.
