Were seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Teacher to deliver high-quality learning and support to young people in a nurturing, personalised setting.
As a Teacher with Progress School, youll work closely with pupils who benefit from tailored support and flexible learning pathways, helping them re-engage with education and progress confidently towards future goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons in English, Maths or Science.
* Support pupils academic and personal development in a small-class environment.
* Differentiate teaching approaches to meet individual needs, including learners with SEN.
* Monitor progress and contribute to pupil assessments.
* Maintain professional communication with colleagues to support pupil success.
* Promote safeguarding, wellbeing, equality, diversity, and British values in all aspects of your role.
Who Were Looking For
* Degree qualified in a relevant subject (or equivalent).
* QTS / QTLS qualified or willing to gain teaching qualification.
* Experience in a school setting, preferably in secondary or alternative provision.
* Ability to teach and inspire learners with creativity and patience.
* Strong interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
* Understanding of SEN, inclusion, and bespoke teaching approaches.
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing.
