Points of responsibilities
* Prepare and cook a variety of grilled foods, ensuring all meals are cooked to perfection and presented attractively.
* Assist in meal preparation by chopping, marinating, and seasoning ingredients as required.
* Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the cooking process.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
* Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages to the kitchen manager.
* Keep the grill area clean and organised, adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Assist with other kitchen duties as needed, including cleaning and food preparation tasks.
* Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred, particularly in food preparation or cooking roles.
* Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards helping others in the kitchen.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
