The Role
* Formulate and develop advanced water-based coatings
* Lead projects from concept to completion and oversee application testing
* Work directly with customers, troubleshooting, presenting, and providing technical support
* Represent the business at industry events and support mentoring within the lab
The Person
* Experience in coatings formulation, ideally water-based
* Confident working hands-on in the lab with strong formulation skills
* Strong communicator, comfortable presenting to customers and technical audiences
* Ambitious and motivated to progress into leadership
