About the role
Our ICP team is growing, and we’re looking for a Project Coordinator who can keep everything running smoothly from first enquiry through to delivery.
You’ll be part of the team who keeps programmes up to date, documents in order and communication flowing between customers, designers, IDNOs, suppliers, subcontractors and the site teams. It’s a busy role with loads of variety, one minute you’re updating design registers, the next you’re sorting materials or helping resolve an IDNO claim.
Your work helps make sure our projects land on time, on budget and to the right standard, and you’ll play a big part in how we deliver for customers.
What you’ll be doing
* Keeping project programmes, documents and design registers up to date
* Supporting PMs across design, approvals, construction and customer queries
* Tracking AV claims, variations and all key commercial steps
* Ordering materials, raising POs and planning daily logistics
* Creating job packs/RAMS and keeping everything compliant and organised
* Communicating with customers, IDNOs, DNOs and suppliers to keep projects moving
About you
We’re looking for someone who’s organised, proactive and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same.
Ideally, you’ll bring:
* Experience in the ICP or wider utilities sector
* Knowledge of Asset Values, IDNOs, RAMS and StreetWorks
* Basic understanding of electrical design in a utilities/ICP setting
* Confidence dealing with customers and suppliers
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Problem-solving ability and a calm head when things get busy
* A collaborative approach and a willingness to get stuck in
