£75,000 per annum + bonus + benefits
Michels & Taylor is seeking a high-performing Hotel General Manager to lead DoubleTree by Hilton York.
Situated beside Monk Bar and overlooking the historic city walls, the hotel benefits from a prime gateway position into York's city centre. With strong year-round leisure demand, corporate business and meetings & events capability, this is a well-established Hilton-branded property with clear opportunity to drive further commercial performance and market share.
This is a full business leadership role accountable for delivering results across Team, Commerciality, Efficiency and Responsibility, with ownership of EBITDA, market share, guest experience and team engagement.
