Contract Analyst – Procurement and Contract Management
Working within our forward‑thinking Procurement and Contract Management team based on‑site at our head office in Coventry, you will support the AMP8 Smart Metering programme, collating performance data, spotting trends and correlations, and forecasting across the contract.
Key Accountabilities
* Providing analytical support to the contract management team including validating data and costs, spotting errors and omissions, and keeping timely records.
* Tracking and producing management information reports for meetings with stakeholders on a weekly basis.
* Analysing data monthly against KPIs.
* Supporting the contract management team to track and reconcile spend and understand price/volume issues.
* Supporting the monthly valuation/reconciliation closure process including monitoring financial compliance and identifying and resolving areas of non‑compliance with key stakeholders.
* Maintaining the early warning register and providing analysis.
What you’ll bring to the role
* Curiosity and an eye for detail.
* Aptitude for Microsoft Excel and experience analysing and manipulating data.
* Experience delivering quality insight and management information and managing stakeholders with conflicting requirements, deadlines and priorities.
