Commutable from: M1, Wigston, Oadby, Loughborough, Syston, Enderby, Thurmaston, Groby, Coalville, Markfield, Sileby, Whetstone Responsibilities of a Recruitment Coordinator: * Make outbound calls to an established database of lift engineers and all supporting roles. * Re-engage dormant candidates and update availability and work preferences * Handle inbound candidate enquiries professionally and efficiently * Conduct first-stage candidate qualification (skills, experience, location, motivation) * Book qualified candidates for interviews with the Recruitment Consultant * Accurately update and maintain CRM records * Support CV formatting and candidate documentation * Work closely with the Director and Marketing/Admin apprentice to support live vacancies The Ideal Recruitment Coordinator: Essential: * Confident, professional phone manner * Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls * Highly organised and process-driven * Resilient, consistent, and reliable * Coachable and open to feedback * Valid UK driving licence Desirable (but not essential): * Call centre, telesales, or recruitment resourcing experience * Experience speaking with technical, engineering, or trade-based professionals * Recruitment experience in any sector Apply to this Recruitment Coordinator: 1.
