This role is responsible for providing technical leadership to support commercial manufacturing, technology transfer, process optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives. The MS&T Site Lead serves as the primary interface among manufacturing, quality, process development, and global technical teams, ensuring robust process performance, regulatory compliance, and efficient product lifecycle management. Key Responsibilities: Lead the site MS&T team supporting commercial manufacturing. Provide technical oversight of manufacturing processes and lifecycle management. Support technology transfer, process scale-up, and process optimisation. Lead process investigations, root cause analysis, and deviation support. Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, and Global Technical Operations to drive process performance and compliance. Support regulatory submissions and inspections related to manufacturing processes. Key Requirements: MSc or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field. Strong knowledge of GMP and commercial process support. Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience.
