NVQ level 4 or equivalent qualification
Essential criteria
1. Achieved NVQ level 4 or equivalent qualification
2. Experience working in a healthcare or NHS setting, preferably within an acute Trust environment
Knowledge
Essential criteria
3. Knowledge of falls prevention and actions to take following a fall
4. •Recent experience as a Healthcare Support Worker or Therapy Assistant involved in direct patient care
