About the RoleAs a QHSE Coordinator your daily tasks will include:
· Employee QHSE Inductions across the branch
· Customer complaint investigations
· Distribution and completion of customer questionnaires
· Recording of supplementary certificates and logging of data
· Supplying customers with accreditations and other documentation and keeping a register
· Control of uploading local documentation e.g. training and technical
· Assisting in the writing of new Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
· Assist with chairing branches Health & Safety Committee
· Leading Internal and external audits covering H&S and quality
· Undertaking COSHH risk assessments, gathering safety data sheets (SDS’s), and ensuring they are up to date
· Monitoring the online safety hub courses issued to the labs ensuring they are completed on time
· Gather data and advise Lab Managers on training records/documents that are out of date
· Managing all services, aircon, alarms, fire extinguishers, gas bottles, waste collection, local exhaust ventilation (LEV), and any other relevant services are up to date
· Spot checks on certificates and equipment labelling

Requirements
· Previous experience in a Quality and Health and Safety role
· Knowledge/experience of ISO Standards including 17025
· Qualifications within the QHSE profession desirable
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Positive attitude with a proactive approach
· Excellent administration, time management, and self-organisation
· Good IT skills
· Able to demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail
